Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient assessment and care, with experience in senior care and medical-surgical settings. This role involves providing high-quality healthcare services, performing patient assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Administer dermal fillers and perform other aesthetic procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks software to ensure compliance with standards.
- Provide education and counseling on family planning options to patients.
- Perform IV insertion and other necessary medical procedures as required.
- Collaborate with physician to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired health outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in senior care or medical-surgical nursing is preferred.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and vital sign monitoring.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $112,717.87 - $135,746.25 per year
