What You’ll Be Doing
Perform comprehensive physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Conduct pre-employment health screenings and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
Provide timely assessment and management of work-related injuries and exposures.
Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and case documentation.
Deliver employee education and counseling to promote wellness and prevent injuries.
About You
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
Licensed NP in the state of Massachusetts with active DEA and prescriptive authority .
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Minimum 2 years of NP experience with adult patients.
Clinical background in Urgent Care , Sports Medicine , or Emergency Medicine is required.
Prior Occupational Health experience is preferred .
Comfortable being the sole provider in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
