Training:
There will be a 2 week training session in our main location in Odessa, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients, including diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries
- Conduct physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans for patients
- Perform minor procedures and assist with major procedures as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
- Adhere to clinical standards and protocols in accordance with regulatory requirements
Skills:
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in primary care
- Willing to learn
- Ability to perform basic medical procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
