Key Responsibilities:
Act as the go-to leader on the floor for both guests and team members during service
Manage and resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning issues into positive outcomes
Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure service excellence throughout every shift
Support and mentor team members to maintain a high-performance culture
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including team coordination and shift transitions
Enforce company policies, safety standards, and cleanliness protocols
Collaborate with kitchen and bar leadership to align timing, quality, and guest experience
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in restaurant supervision, hospitality, or guest-facing leadership roles
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
Calm under pressure with strong emotional intelligence
A hands-on leader who can inspire, coach, and motivate a team
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
