Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals who have physical, mental, or developmental disabilities to help them develop or regain the skills necessary for everyday life activities. Your main goal will be to help patients improve their independence and quality of life through personalized treatment plans and interventions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' strengths and limitations

3. Provide therapy sessions to improve physical and cognitive abilities
4. Educate patients and their families on techniques to enhance function and independence
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices in occupational therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
2. State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
5. Experience working with individuals with disabilities
6. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in occupational therapy
