Cross Keys Village is a highly rated and state of the art retirement community with a history of providing excellent and personalized care to residents that live on campus. We have proudly provided rehabilitation services in this great facility for nearly ten years and we're looking to expand our team.
️ What You’ll Do:
- Provide personalized, high-quality rehabilitative services and evaluations
- Track and document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Foster long-term relationships with residents and empower them to stay engaged in their well-being
- Guide patients, family members, and facility staff through therapy programs, goals, outcomes, the benefits of rehab and more
- Uphold a professional, courteous, and compassionate demeanor
- Collaborate with your fellow therapists to maintain a positive, passionate team that works together to make a real difference in the lives of their patients
What You'll Bring:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
- Active COTA license in Pennsylvania in good standing
- A genuine passion for working with the senior population
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A teamwork driven and positive approach to all interactions
