We are seeking a dynamic Off Site Client Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients off site, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Manage off site client accounts and act as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in client relations or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
