We are seeking a detail-oriented Off Site Data Recording Assistant to join our Data Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately recording and organizing data from various sources off-site. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and security of our data records.
Major Responsibilities:
- Collecting and recording data from off-site locations
- Organizing and maintaining data records in a systematic manner
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of recorded data
- Adhering to data security and confidentiality protocols
- Assisting in data verification and validation processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of data management software is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
