Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service
- Assistance to Accounts and Executive Department.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and order entry
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Proficient computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of dental office procedures or medical receptionist experience is a plus
