Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Office Administrator will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making customer service skills essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents
- Entering Orders in the system.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and answering phones
- Keeping work space clean and organized
- Act as a personal assistant to management and sales team.
- Calling and Dispensing jobs that are finished
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
Experience
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software.
- Experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
