Experience
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
