Job description: New trucking company is looking for highly motivated operation agents. The candidate will work to ensure there is efficient utilization of processing drivers for the warehouse. This is a fast paced, deadline oriented position and the duties include and are not limited to:
- check-in drivers;
- Take pick up request and administer freight pick up/drop process;
- Scaning/filling
- Make sure all paperwork is handled timely and correctly;
- Answer phones/help in the office/customer care functions;
- Perform administrative functions necessary in the daily operations;
- Enter data into current system(s).
Available Shift:
- Saturday - Wednesday
Experience:
- A minimum of one year previous experience in a office enviroment;
- High School Diploma or GED required;
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish);
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in both English and Spanish;
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals;
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form;
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
