We are looking for a reliable, friendly, competent, detail oriented, Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be professional, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work in a fast paced environment. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail.

- Ability to be customer service oriented
- Professional phone skills
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Perform receptionist duties.
- Schedule and plan appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and ordering

Skills
- Adaptable
- Proven experience as a office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Calendar
- Proficiency in Mac OS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
