Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in office environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facility maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency of the workplace.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through effective floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness in commercial spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform porter duties as required, ensuring the smooth operation of office functions.
- Skills in residential painting may be beneficial for occasional touch-ups or maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within designated timeframes.
