Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. Office Coordinator provides administrative support to the executive team and when needed any and all Agency programs and services, in order to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities reach their highest potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provides general office management support, as well as manages the front desk area, answering calls, greeting visitors, employees, and participants
- Answers internal & external calls, emails, digital and in-person requests and questions.
- Efficiently, accurately, and timely completes administrative duties, including but not limited to organizing, filing, maintaining the professional appearance of the office, auditing, etc.
- Provides administrative support to an assigned program and when needed all Agency programs, including preparing professional, written correspondence.
- Prepares reports, correspondence, forms, ISPs, NJISP worksheets, records etc.
- Generates e-tickets & problem solves facilities, IT, transportation issues corresponding with the appropriate departments
- Supports events and training, assisting with registrations, answering general questions
- Complete and maintain required training
- Additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications
- High school degree with some college. Experience may be substituted for college education.
- Knowledge or experience with supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
