Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling clerical tasks, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Utilize Google Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Assist with office organization and maintenance of supplies
- Provide support as a personal assistant to executives or managers as needed
- Serve as a medical receptionist when required, managing patient records and appointments
- Ensure effective communication with clients and team members to enhance customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is highly desirable
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Experience as a personal assistant or medical receptionist is a plus
