We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager and Executive Assistant to support our leadership and help streamline operations as we continue to expand.
What you will do
- Manage daily office operations including supplies, scheduling, and vendor communication
- Provide direct executive support with calendar management, travel planning, and email follow up
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, permit tracking, and invoice management
- Assist with HR functions including onboarding and maintaining employee files
- Coordinate communication across internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Support project management and documentation tasks
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in an office manager or executive assistant role
- Experience in construction or a related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- A motivated self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems
