We are looking for a Receptionist for our office located at 1327 Burlington Street - Suite K-3
North Kansas City, MO 64116 . Preference would be given to the candidates who live within 5 to 15 miles of our office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome Customers as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- High School Diploma.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Working Hours
- Five working days from Monday to Friday. Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
- Total 35 working hours in a week.
- Office Timings 09:00 am to 04:00 pm.
Remuneration:
- $12 per Hour.
