Looking to hire a Mineral Buyer/Oil & Gas Landman that is highly organized and self-motivated. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years sales/acquisition experience, including identifying, executing, and closing mineral rights deals. Candidate must have good communication skills, be comfortable with cold calling and be able to manage deal flow.
Candidate Qualifications:
· Computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Excel, & Google Sheets
· 2+ years sales experience
· Strong verbal communication on the phone
· Ability to negotiate and close agreements
· Experience & knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including mineral rights
· Great work ethic and desire to stay motivated
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
· Communicate with team in finding and executing mineral right transactions
· Volume calling to generate leads
· Maintaining of records including calls, emails, leads and sales
· Manage relationships and contacts for potential future sales
· Assist in document preparation and organization
