As a Site Lead, you'll be right in the middle of the action — overseeing our game-day operations and ensuring fans have an unforgettable experience. From managing teams to problem-solving on the fly, you’ll be the go-to leader making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do
Pre-Event Preparation
- Onboard and complete training through the E2S Staff App
- Confirm all staff are signed up and ready for matchday
- Complete alcohol training and understand local laws
- Coordinate with your Regional Operations Director (ROD) on staffing and logistics
- Prepare stand folders (inventory sheets, spoil sheets, transfer sheets)
- Review the Leaders App and operations manuals
- Meet with leadership team to align on expectations
Communication
- Monitor event GroupMe to answer staff questions
- Coordinate with Stand Leads and Area Leads in real-time
- Send updates and reminders leading up to and on event day
Game Day Responsibilities
Before Kickoff
- Send energetic kickoff messages in GroupMe
- Arrive 6 hours before game time
- Post intro video with leadership team
- Drop pins for parking and check-in locations
- Set up the check-in table with EATS2SEATS branding
- Confirm any last-minute updates with venue management
- Check stands for stock, setup, and functionality
Check-In Management
- Stand Lead Check-In (5 hrs before kickoff): Scan QR, hand out materials, confirm inventory process
- Staff Check-In (4 hrs before kickoff): Ensure uniforms, assign staff to stands, coordinate with Area Leads
During the Match
- Ensure every stand is staffed and POS systems are running
- Reallocate staff as needed using the Leaders App
- Quiz staff on alcohol policies (ID check, 2 drink max, open containers, no service to intoxicated guests)
- Assist with restocks, POS issues, and fan-related concerns
Checkout and Closedown
- Confirm all stands have completed closing duties
- Collect POS systems, folders, and materials
- Oversee cleanup and returns
- Debrief with staff, venue managers, and submit final report
Expectations
- Tardiness: Check-in closes 30 minutes after report time. Repeat issues lead to warnings and possible removal
- No-Shows: Missing a shift without notice results in a warning or dismissal
- Appeals: Must be submitted within 48 hours with documentation to [email protected]
