We’re looking for a detail-driven, tech-savvy team member to take the lead. We're a 30+ year Tucson company looking to expand our current online store programs.
This role will be the go-to person for launching and managing our online stores (Shopify, Etsy, Other), supporting our sales team, and helping grow our digital customer experience. If you’re a multitasker who loves organization, promotion, and seeing a project through start to finish, this could be your spot.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage online stores for client programs
- Work with sales to gather product info, pricing, and timelines
- Promote stores and products on social media and email
- Provide great service to online customers with follow-ups and communication
- Track store performance and help improve results
- Close out stores and tally orders for production and reporting
- Manage listings on platforms like Etsy, Shopify, and more
- Follow up on customers and previous online store programs
You Should Have
- Experience with e-commerce tools (Shopify, Etsy, etc.)
- Social media management and content posting skills
- Customer service instincts and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and project management
- Ability to juggle multiple timelines and tasks without dropping balls
- Bonus if you’ve worked with promotional products, branded apparel, or retail
