About the Role:
ECCO Group USA is looking for motivated Call Center Sales Agents to join our SiriusXM program team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to customers whose SiriusXM trial subscriptions have recently expired, offering them a special promotional rate to continue their service.
This is a fast-paced, sales-driven position ideal for individuals with call center experience who can confidently communicate value, handle objections, and close sales.
Position Details:
- Training: 1 week, Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Regular Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST)
- Days Off: One weekday & Sunday (determined by start date)
- Pay: $14/hour + commission (non-negotiable)
- ️ Nesting Period: 1–2 weeks of live coaching and support
Requirements – You Must Meet ALL to Be Considered:
- Must be able to work on-site at our Sanford, FL call center (no exceptions)
- Must be available for full-time hours
- 100% attendance required during the first 2 weeks (training & nesting)
- Must pass a background check
