Job Summary
We are seeking to fill a temporary role for an onsite Project Manager for an electrical project. The tentative work is scheduled to begin towards the end of this month (June) and continue for 6 weeks, with a standard 40 hours Monday-Friday 8-4pm, excluding weekends and holidays. The job site is at the Franklin Falls Dam off Granite Drive in Franklin, NH 03235. Our company will be replacing the existing motor disconnects, motor controllers, and conductors for the 8 gate hoists. You will not be performing the actual construction work, you will be supervising the work and ensuring quality control on-site.
For this role, you will be required to complete/have OSHA 30 training that our company will pay for (if required) as well as a Construction Quality Management for Contractors online course.
Duties
-Ensure that the crew onsite is completing the project as required in the Plans
-Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure they are completing their scope when required to keep the project moving along smoothly
-Hold 3 phase inspections before a new definable feature of work is to be performed
-Supervise the work and convey any concerns to the company's management team
-Complete Daily Quality Control reports
-Enforce on-site safety and health policies
-Be the Company's liaison to convey any questions or necessary information to the Client's inspector
Qualifications
-Must be available to be on-site while the work is being performed for the full duration of the project
-Previous experience in Electrical construction is a plus but not required
