Position Overview

Cox Media Group (CMG) is a dynamic media company with top-performing brands and a passion for innovation. The Manager, O&O Revenue & Brand Management plays a critical role in driving revenue through CMG’s owned and operated brand platforms.
This role balances strategic planning and hands-on execution across both digital and traditional media. This individual will focus heavily on HubSpot stewardship, sponsorship development, and site experience optimization, the Brand Revenue Manager supports local market sales teams by aligning technology, content, and advertising products to optimize client solutions and maximize revenue outcomes.


The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of digital media, broadcast operations, and sales enablement tools, working collaboratively across departments and vendor partners to deliver results.


This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Enablement

  • Lead sponsorship opportunity creation and communication across CMG brands.
  • Manage HubSpot dashboard stewardship, including optimization of lead capture and sales workflows.
  • Evaluate and improve “Advertise with Us” paths to ensure ease of use and increased client conversion.
  • Partner with Programmatic, AdTech, and Streaming teams to identify new monetization opportunities.
  • Oversee live stream and now stream revenue tracking, ensuring accuracy and strategic insights.
  • Support brand website audits, maintaining navigation structure standards that align with revenue goals.


Site and Product Operations

  • Oversee brand website audits, ensuring content and navigation support both user experience and advertising goals.
  • Serve as liaison with IT and Digital Operations for updates and revisions to CMG websites and mobile apps.
  • Partner with Product and Programmatic teams to evaluate and onboard new advertising technologies including L-bar ads, overlays, pause ads, etc.


Revenue and Partnership Oversight

  • Track and report on sponsorship and O&O revenue, including linear and digital streams, using Tableau, BI, and Amagi.
  • Monitor live streaming and broadcast revenue performance; identify trends and optimize pricing or packaging strategies.
  • Attend and represent CMG in partnership meetings with Google, Amagi, Streamguys, and other vendor/technology partners.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors including QUU, Adsync, AudioServe, and Adswizz for audio and broadcast integrations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (continued)

Market Support

  • Work with markets to escalate and resolve Wide Orbit billing or operational issues, including collaboration with ARM and finance teams.
  • Provide insights and guidance on AI-generated content usage, branded promotions, and cross-platform sponsorships.


Core Operational Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational efficiency in Wide Orbit and WOMS systems for both digital and linear orders.
  • Manage specialized unit codes to maintain clean revenue reporting across platforms.
  • Lead tracking and accountability for first-party data collection and monetization across both broadcast and digital.
  • Support CMG’s branded content partnerships (e.g., Wunderkind, newsletters, and social brands).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in media revenue operations across both digital and broadcast platforms.
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Tableau, Wide Orbit, WOMS, and Google Ad Manager.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Technology, and Finance teams.
