As an Operations and Business Development Manager at National Protective Service, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing both the operational aspects and the growth of our security guard company. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the operational activities of security guards, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements. Develop and implement efficient operational strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop strategies to position the company competitively in the market.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving security needs and develop tailored solutions.
4. Proposal Development: Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids in response to client requests. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop comprehensive and persuasive presentations and materials.
5. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability. Review and analyze contracts to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
