Key Responsibilities
Operational Support, 80%:
- Audit and verify data for errors and inconsistencies in spreadsheets and reports.
- Support team members with data tracking, reporting and documentation.
- Help improve existing processes and maintain accurate records across all systems.
- Proactively identify and flag issues or inconsistencies that require attention.
- Manage, organize and clean data within spreadsheets.
- Utilize Excel functions and formulas (VLOOKUP, SUM, IF) to analyze information and generate reports.
- Create and maintain Pivot Tables to summarize and present data.
- Assist with transferring data between various systems while ensuring accuracy.

- Prior experience in data entry or reporting
- Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, with relevant work experience being a key consideration
- Pay: $40,000-$45,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
