Under general direction of the Program Coordinator, assists with the coordination of service provision for Therapeutic Foster Care; develops goals, objectives and plans; supervises and participates in the active recruitment, selection, and training of foster parents; oversees the monitoring and evaluation of foster parents to ensure standards and goals are being met; resolves problems; maintains comprehensive records and completes reports; supervises staff; works closely with the Revenue Maximization Manager to implement up-to-date Medicaid requirements and billing; works closely with social service agencies and courts; consults as needed with agency psychologist regarding treatment issues. May carry a caseload as indicated. Performs other related duties as assigned.
