Title: Operations & Marketing Manager
Reports to: VP of Operations
Location: Southeast Florida (Hybrid – 3-4 days in-office)
Role Summary:
The Operations & Marketing Manager supports the VP of Operations in managing core operational workflows and marketing activities across the company’s various verticals. This role ensures executional excellence by keeping projects on track, processes organized, and communications flowing smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
- Coordinate borrower documentation and maintain organized deal files
- Track pipeline milestones and borrower communications
- Prepare reports and updates for leadership
- Support compliance, due diligence, and underwriting processes
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
Marketing Support
- Help prepare client-facing presentations and proposals
- Maintain website content updates as needed
Process & Project Management
- Track deadlines and ensure follow-up on action items
- Help develop and maintain internal process documentation
- Identify and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of administrative, operational, or marketing coordination experience (finance or lending industry experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
