Position Summary:
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work. You’ll be responsible for overseeing operations, managing job sites, meeting with clients, building estimates, and leading crews — all while ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and manage multiple active projects
- Conduct site visits and client consultations across the Midwest and Southeast (approx. 7–10 travel days/month)
- Prepare bids, estimates, and scopes of work
- Schedule and manage field crews, ensuring quality work and efficient timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate logistics, materials, subcontractors, and project timelines
- Work closely with ownership on strategy, scheduling, and business growth
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or construction (log home experience a plus)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and client service abilities
- Comfortable with sales, estimating, and scheduling
- Willing and able to travel regularly for site visits and client meetings
- Valid driver’s license required
- Tech-savvy: able to use estimating, scheduling, and project tracking software/tools

Work Location:
