Summary
We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at Essential Communications. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Your contributions will help elevate the audio experiences we provide to our clients.
Responsibilities
**Daily Coordination**
- Assist with coordinating schedules between our production shop, project teams, and remote installation crews.
- Handle client service requests and scheduling service appointments
- Keep project timelines on track and communicate updates
- Support shipping coordination and delivery planning
**Client Support**
- Answer client questions and service requests
- Provide updates on service progress
- Maintain good client relationships
**Administrative Tasks**
- Update our CRM system with project and service information
- Help with basic reporting and documentation
- Assist with parts inventory as needed
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, coordination, or office administration.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on email etiquette and enjoys working with people
- Comfortable with computer systems (CRM, Microsoft Office)
- Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in technical, construction, or service industries helpful but not required
- Supervisory experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
