About the Role

Intrex is looking for a motivated and detail-obsessed Operations & Inventory Coordinator to play a central role in our nationwide deployments of Rythmos, our cutting-edge resident safety and wellness solution for senior living communities.
You’ll be at the heart of the action—owning the preparation, packaging, shipment, and tracking of all the technology and supplies needed to power our installations. You’ll work side-by-side with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure nothing gets missed and everything arrives on time, every time.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate, pack, and track all devices, sensors, and supplies for Rythmos deployments.
- Maintain accurate inventory systems to ensure availability and readiness of equipment.
- Work closely with our deployment team to schedule shipments, prep install kits, and respond to urgent field needs.
- Build and improve organizational processes that scale with us—from checklists and SOPs to shipping templates and reorder systems.
- Support field teams during and after installations, helping them troubleshoot missing or damaged gear and ensuring quick resolution.
- Collaborate across operations, product, and customer teams to ensure smooth deployment logistics.

- Comfortable with spreadsheets, labeling systems, shipping platforms, and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; new grads encouraged to apply!
Bonus Points
- Experience with inventory management tools or shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, Airtable, Shopify).
- Exposure to hardware deployments, IT asset coordination, or field logistics.
- Prior experience in a startup or operational support role.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
