Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and products meet quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of various tools and machinery, as well as a commitment to maintaining safety and quality in the workplace.
Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery, including milling machines and stamping presses, to ensure proper functioning and production output.
- Assemble components using precision tools, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality control standards.
- Utilize forklifts for the safe transportation of materials within the factory environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, utilizing calipers and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues with machinery, including Fanuc systems, and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the workplace.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, with familiarity in tooling, machining, or assembly processes.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards within a factory setting is essential.
- Experience with Fanuc systems or similar automated machinery is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are critical for success in this role.
