Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in selecting frames and offer expert guidance on lenses and lens features.
- Fit, adjust, and dispense eyewear for optimal comfort and vision correction.
- Educate patients on the use and care of contact lenses.
- Verify insurance benefits (vision and medical) and help patients maximize their coverage.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial and patient records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle patient concerns professionally and with empathy.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support a patient-first environment.
- Be available to help at multiple locations as needed.
Work Hours:
- Monday through Friday
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in optical or retail sales is a plus, but not required
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software is a plus
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
