Position Summary: Oracle Integration Specialist (OIC)

Core Requirements:
✅ Experience:
- 10+ years in integration development, including 5+ years with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP ↔ third-party system integrations (e.g., HCM, SaaS apps, legacy systems).
✅ Technical Skills:
- REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, Oracle VBCS.
- Data transformation, error handling, monitoring, and ETL processes.
✅ Location:
- Local Only: Must reside in DC, MD, or VA (DMV highly preferred).
- No Sponsorship: U.S. work authorization required (no visa support).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design/build end-to-end integrations using OIC for Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM and external apps.
- Develop APIs, data pipelines, and ETL workflows.
- Troubleshoot failures, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with functional teams on workflow alignment.
- Document designs and provide technical support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Public sector experience (government, education).
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
