Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (During peak season, the required hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-6:30pm. Please ensure you can work those hours before applying).

Job Summary: The Quality Control and Pack position is essential to ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for organizing and matching orders with pick tickets and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain our high standards in customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Accuracy: Check, organize, and match orders with pick tickets to ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for accuracy in quantity and description, ensuring that each order meets the company’s quality standards.
- Packing: Prepare orders for shipment by securely packing cartons, including the use of dunnage, and ensuring each carton is properly labeled with a tote number.
- Workstation Management: Maintain an organized and efficient Quality Control and Pack workstation, including making boxes and maintaining supplies.
- Additional Support: Assist with picking when necessary and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Communication & Organization: Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to recognize inconsistencies and make necessary corrections to ensure order accuracy.
- Technical Skills: Excellent computer and analytical skills.
- Forklift Operation: Ability to be certified on lift trucks (training provided).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Previous related experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Demands:
This role primarily operates in a warehouse environment, involving physical activities such as lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods (90% of the time). Candidates should possess visual and auditory acuity for equipment operation and team communication.
