Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, project management
- Proven Experience in conducting organizational change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy development
- Candidate must demonstrate strong proficiency and use of OCM methodologies
- Candidate must have deep-understanding in change management principles and hands on experience in OCM Methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-step, Prosci etc.
- Proven experience managing change related to digital transformation, ERP implementations, process redesign, and culture change.
- Must be experienced in working with cross-functional teams and senior executive leadership.
- Strong project management skills (often requires familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies).
- Must be experienced in Communication planning and execution.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient with change management tools (e.g., Prosci tools, OrgVue, Change Accelerator).
- Competent with collaboration software (e.g., HP ALM; Microsoft 365, SharePoint, JIRA, Trello, Confluence).
- Ability to analyze data to assess change impact, adoption, and readiness.
- Preferred Certifications lile: Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2, Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master)
