Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant to join our wonderful dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the orthodontist during various procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, orthodontic techniques, and infection control practices to ensure a safe and efficient clinical environment.
Duties
- Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental clinic setting preferred, particularly in orthodontics and Pediatric dentistry assisting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ortho assisting: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- RDA Active License
- X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
