Outdoor Living Design & Sales Representative

Kentucky Outdoor Living is a fast-growing, high-end landscape construction company serving the greater Kentucky area. We design and sell custom outdoor living projects — think pools, patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, putting greens, and more. We partner with top-tier trade professionals to bring our creative designs to life, and we’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to help us keep up with demand and reach even more clients.
What You’ll Be Selling:
- Custom Design Packages
- Pools (Vinyl, Fiberglass, Gunite)
- Outdoor Kitchens, Pergolas, and Cabanas
- Paver Patios, Walkways, and Driveways
- Landscape Plantings, Lighting, and Water Features
- Retaining Walls and Decks
- 3-Season & 4-Season Rooms
- Artificial Turf & Putting Greens

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct client meetings using our CRM tools
- Design, sketch, and present customized outdoor plans to homeowners
- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and local networking events (6–12/month)
- Estimate, price, and finalize contract terms
- Coordinate with trusted trade partners to bring designs to life
- Support clients throughout the project and after the sale
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development
Compensation & Perks:
- 3–6% commission on company-generated leads
- 8–10% commission on self-generated leads and design services
- No cap on earnings — six-figure potential

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in the landscape/construction industry preferred
- Minimum 2 years face-to-face sales experience
- Strong design/presentation skills (sketching or visual layouts)
- Ability to read blueprints and complete take-offs
- Comfortable working both outdoors and at a desk
- Tech-savvy and organized
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Willing to complete a background check

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
