Job Title: Outlet Assistant Manager

Position Summary:
Assist in the day-to-day outlet store operations to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and stewardship of the GWH Outlet store to maximize profitability and increase training opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures alignment and consistency of all aspects of the outlet location operations including SOPs, Reference Guides, job descriptions, performance evaluations, observation checklists, production standards, training, Safety Program, and other documents related to DGR systems.
- Demonstrate GWH’s Core Values in all actions.
- Assist in the scheduling and productive use of labor force.
- Assist Outlet Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Train, develop, and supervise associates.
- Assist in maintenance and ordering of supplies.
- Ensure store security according to agency policies and procedures.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in complying with GWH’s image and safety practices and procedures.
- Assist in the proper rotation of apparel and hard goods in a timely manner and in accordance with GWH’s policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of merchandise knowledge, industry trends and competitive pricing.
- Ensure that statistical counts are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Responsible register pulls, readings, cash reports, daily activity reports, transmittal of reports, and daily deposits in accordance with GWH policies and procedures.
- Assist and support the hiring, training, and development of associates.
- Assists with the scheduling and productive use of the labor force.
- Help ensure labor and payroll is maintained in accordance with GWH policies and procedures.
- Must perform necessary janitorial work.
- Ensures that incident reports, vehicle defects, traffic violations, or damage to vehicles before and after route, equipment, and maintenance needs are reported in a timely manner.
- Ensures adherence to CARF standards.
- Must have punctual and dependable attendance.
- Assist with the security and safety of company associates and property.
- Attend in-service and related training as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Must conduct work in a safe manner; maintain good housekeeping standards; have all aisles and pathways to fire exits clear and free from clutter and keep work areas neat and clean.
- Adheres to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience supervising 30 or more associates and/or demonstrated success in an Outlet Keyholder or Retail Team Lead (RTL) position after completing GWH-assigned training.
- Associate's degree or completion of related Retail Management coursework preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Good computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office).
- Must be able to have a flexible work schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain electronic communication devices and be able to navigate.
- Must be willing and able to adapt to growth and a changing environment within GWH.

4. Payroll - Payroll expenditures within budget %

7. Retention improved / Turnover reduced (90days and annual retention)
8. Processes, systems, planning and reporting documentation produced and maintained.
9. Project deliverables completed as assigned

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
The ability to continuously stand/walk for the shift, frequently push/pull, occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/kneel/reach above shoulders, and climb a ladder. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. (fixture parts, cartons of product) and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.
Must also be able to stand for extended periods of time.
An indoor work environment with occasional exposure to outside temperatures. The noise level is usually moderate.
