We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with daily operations, and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
- Assist with filling bins, along with pushing bins to and from salesfloor.
- Gain knowledge with our Recycling Program and empty bins in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

- Work a flexible schedule in support of the store opening, production, and closing operations including work on weekends and holidays.
- A minimum of six months of previous work experience, or the equivalent educational or vocational experience preferred.
- Must be able to follow directions well and communicate effectively.
- Ability to problem solve, ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all our customers in a friendly and engaging way.
- Ability to be fluent in English.

- Computer literacy. Being familiar with touch screen registers.

- Recycle: Placing proper items into their correct categories.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the outlet, including registers, displays, and common areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet sales goals, resolve issues, and support the smooth operation of the outlet.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current promotions, new arrivals, and product details to provide customers with up-to-date information.
PERODICAL DUTIES:
- Housekeeping/Janitorial.
- Maintaining areas around the Outlet building. Bring shopping carts back into building/picking up debris.
- Unloading bins to assist with daily Recycling.
- Other tasks as assigned.
WORK HOURS & BENEFITS:
This position requires a rotating flexible schedule based on the needs of the business to include days, evenings, and weekends. Overtime when needed. Open availability is a must.
