Job Summary
The Outside Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing commercial sales opportunities across Colorado and Wyoming. Primary customers include municipalities, resorts, apartment complexes, universities, and other commercial entities. This role focuses on promoting and demoing utility vehicles, while also supporting sales of personal carts and other products as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients through regular outreach, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead generation within the assigned territory.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions using a consultative sales approach.
- Prepare and present formal proposals, pricing quotes, and sales agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth post-sale support and delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity logs.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and other industry events.
- Travel throughout Colorado and Wyoming (overnight stays as needed).

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 4 years of successful outside sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn to pull a trailer if not already proficient.
