Work Schedule:
- A 5-day workweek that will include a Saturday or Sunday.
- Sundays have historically been one of our highest closing days.
- Appointment slots typically start at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM. Sales Representatives are expected to be available for three pre-scheduled in-home appointments daily and attend in-office sales training sessions once or twice a week.
On the Road:
- Travel is required. Appointments may be located 30 minutes to 2 hours away.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home estimates for renovation projects, including bath/shower, windows, and doors.
- Provide professional advice and sincere guidance to potential customers.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong communication and memorization skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Preferred: Experience in direct sales or in-home customer sales.
- Preferred: Knowledge of home improvement, particularly bath/shower and/or windows/doors.
- Ability to close deals on a one-call close appointment.
- Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and managing time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
