We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Identify and pursue new leads through market research and networking.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our software products to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategic territory sales plans to maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales or business development, preferably in a technical or software environment.
- Strong background in lead generation, account management, and territory sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
