Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Outside Salesperson to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships, and maintaining ongoing partnerships with Property Managers, Home Builders, Remodelers, Interior Designers, Commercial Contractors, Realtors and other trade professionals. The ideal candidate is a proactive networker with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the construction and design industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with relevant trade professionals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the flooring, kitchen, construction, or design industries
- Strong network of contacts within the property management, building, remodeling, or design communities is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
