We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to to join our team in Rowlett & Rockwall, TX on Ray Hubbard. This is an overnight position 2-3 nights per week (TBD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, the ability to walk outdoor terrains, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Officer will conduct regular patrols, and respond promptly to incidents.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and document entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond quickly and effectively to alarms or emergencies, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations as they arise, employing conflict management techniques.
- Prepare detailed nightly reports with photos online.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary in cases of emergencies or investigations.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or fraud situations.
Experience
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
