Grocery Outlet stores are independently owned and operated by local operators who are passionate about serving their communities by delivering groceries at unbeatable prices. At North Stockton Grocery Outlet, we’re looking for a full-time Overnight Stocker to join our fast-paced, community-focused team.
You’ll start with morning shifts for training, then transition into an overnight schedule (final hours to be confirmed during the hiring process). Overnight and weekend availability is required. This role is perfect for someone who wants to keep our store running smoothly behind the scenes creating displays, stocking shelves, and making sure everything is ready for customers when the doors open. You’ll also overlap with our morning crew to collaborate and hand off priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Stock shelves efficiently, keeping aisles neat, organized, and customer-ready.
- Rotate products by date to ensure freshness and reduce shrink.
- Face and tidy shelves to maintain a clean store appearance.
- Organize and manage backstock so the morning team can easily locate product.
- Work with the morning crew at shift overlap to hand off priorities.
- Follow all safety procedures while handling freight and equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable with consistent attendance
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
- Previous grocery or stocking experience is a plus, but not required.
