Safeco Parking and Transportation is seeking a reliable highly motivated professional and customer-oriented professional Valet/Bellman to join our team. As an Overnight Valet/Bellman, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are parked in an orderly and safe manner, assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining the cleanliness and security of the parking lot. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors.
Overnight Shift - 10:00pm to 6:00am
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and other items as required.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized parking area and lobby.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area.
- Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality for all guest information.
- Assist with special requests and accommodations as needed.
- Provide guests with exceptional service at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Overnight audit scan of cars in the garage.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valet experience is required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items, up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
As an Overnight Valet/Bellman, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the lot, and assisting customers with checking in their vehicles. Your excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests
