We are seeking a PA licensed property and casualty Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are seeking a nice, happy and friendly person. No sales pressures, no nights or weekend work! We are an experienced State Farm office.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or to provide additional support as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support.
Experience
- Previous experience in an insurance customer service role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform and familiarity with office software applications is required.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding client services while maintaining professionalism at all times.
