Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packaged and prepared for shipment. This position requires a commitment to quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Duties
- Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a warehouse or production setting.
