Job role overview:
We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, Bing, and TikTok. You’ll oversee every aspect of the paid ads ecosystem — from strategy to execution to reporting — ensuring we deliver outstanding performance for our clients. You must possess a strong understanding of direct-response marketing, campaign scaling strategies, and creative testing, along with a data-driven mindset to maximize ROI across all ad platforms.
This role requires both strategic and tactical execution, positioning you as a key driver of lead generation and revenue growth for AVINTIV’s client portfolio.
What you’ll do:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, Bing Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Optimization & Scaling: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns daily for improved ROI, lead quality, and cost per acquisition.
- Audience Targeting & Testing: Implement advanced targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B split testing for ads and landing pages.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to develop and test new creative assets (ad copy, images, videos) to boost performance.
- Budget Management: Manage monthly ad budgets responsibly across multiple platforms while maximizing outcomes for each client.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Create detailed performance reports, analyze KPIs, and present insights with clear recommendations for scaling and optimization.
- Platform Mastery: Stay current on trends, updates, and best practices for all paid ad platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Strategy Support: Contribute strategic insights during client audits and project kickoffs to support lead generation and revenue objectives.
- Consistency Across Platforms: Ensure brand consistency across all paid media touchpoints while tailoring strategies to each platform’s unique environment.
What you’ll bring:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Bing Ads, TikTok Business Center, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Campaign Expertise: Proven ability to manage $10,000+ monthly ad budgets across multiple platforms and industries.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to dig deep into data, uncover trends, and translate findings into actionable optimizations.
- Creative Testing: Experience with multivariate testing, dynamic creative, and testing frameworks.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot ad platform issues and think critically to maximize performance.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and client reporting.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
